The news out of North Dakota has me thinking about an evergreen question — what’s a reasonable highway speed limit?
Personally, I think 80 sounds about right on rural limited-access interstates, with it dropping to 70 or 75 closer to cities. But I am a leadfoot.
You might think the numbers I am tossing out are a tad too high.
