Owned by Sammy Hagar, this 1962 Ford Thunderbird Landau was a new entry for the model year, adding sophisticated formality to the Thunderbird lineup thanks to a standard vinyl top and landau “S-bars” on the C-pillar. Horsepower from the standard 390 V8 was 300, which was more than enough to achieve cruising speeds exceeding 55. This space-age street rocket scored $69,300 for Sammy.
